LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS

Helping and Teaching People How to Fish for Themselves.

We were able to purchase a large quantity of commercial hose, bags of concrete and other materials for the
Dumagat Tribe. This will enable the people to bring water from a far away well to a fishpond that they are in the process of digging. They will harvest Tilapia fish for that community and for profit. This water will also be used for farming and drinking.

FOURTH MISSION TRIP IN THE PHILIPPINES

WHAT WE HAVE DONE IN JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2020 MISSION TRIP

Great Victories Here! We had very successful medical, dental and optical mission in Bagong Silang (in English = means New Birth) 186 patients served and thankfully many salvations. We also travelled quite far to reach the Agtas Tribe in Casiguran, 179 patients served and again many people found new life in Jesus. The teams performed their services with amazing skill and amazing love. It was truly a sight to be hold. They also want to serve in other very needy communities and slums with us in the future.

Jesus says when we bring water, food to the needy we are bringing it to Him and we deny them we deny Him. We revisited the Dumagat tribe also in a remote mountainous area. We brought slippers for the children, sponsored a community dinner, preached the truth of Jesus and His love and  power. Something that we were working on since last year’s visit is the fishpond. Because of a generous supporter we were able to purchase a large quantity of commercial hose, bags of concrete and other materials to enable the people to bring water from a far away well to supply a fishpond they were digging and also water for farming and drinking. They will harvest Tilapia fish for that community and for profit.  This is truly an example of helping people to fish for themselves.

Last year we sponsored 9 families with small businesses in Payatas. This very very poor community in the past earned their money by scavaging the landfill. Its been closed creating an even more difficult financial situation for these people. It took team effort for these businesses to succeed and succeed they did. They are not dependent to the money lenders anymore.

We also visited another remote mountainous community in Cawag not to far from my residence, led there by the Holy Spirit. These people literally have so little, and we were at least able to provide slippers and snacks and the love of Jesus. We are already discussing a medical/dental mission which they never had. They were so so so grateful for our unplanned visit. There’s so much to do here in the Philippines.

Last but not least is our headquarters/training center. This is where we handle administration, fundraising and implementing fast track training of people to speak the good news of Jesus. About His love and about His power. This is our first location in the Philippines expecting many more in the future.

Check out our photos and some of their stories below!

January 2019

There are 586 slums in Manila alone. A large portion of the area in the Philippines we visit is stricken by extreme poverty. We have been to the Philippines three times, each time producing overwhelming aide, growth and revival. People were healed and we were honored to witness almost one thousand salvations. We have brought thousands of pounds of rice and other foods to the people living in slums and landfills in the Philippines, fed and clothed the homeless children living in the parks, spoken in churches to bring the Gospel, and developed relationships that continue to grow and increase our desire to return to the Philippines again.

WHY SUPPORT PHILIPPINES

By supporting Philippines you are helping us to extend God’s kingdom. Your support will keep us to visit and meet our brothers and sister that are in need. We can make a difference and help them to know Jesus. We need thousand bags of rice and supplies for them. Be part of us and be a difference.
